• A minimum 48 hours notice prior to your session is required, otherwise 50% of the total amount will be held.

• 100% of the fee will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation.

• This therapy service does not have a provider number from the government for you to claim a rebate from Medicare or your private healthcare insurance.
